  • Support for workstation configurations and access management for new hires.
  • As necessary, offer the team direction and support (related to VMs, network connectivity issues, tools, accesses, etc.).
  • Keep project documentation current and make sure that the required documentation is available for any audits..
  • Awareness of Incident Management and Change Management.
