Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer
Full-Time Position
Your responsibilities:
- Solution Customization - Create entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to suit the organization's particular needs when configuring Dynamics 365 apps.
- Plugin Development - Create custom workflow activities, plugins, and connectors to expand Dynamics 365's functionality and connect it to other systems.
- Web Resource Development - Create and maintain online resources for usage in Dynamics 365 forms and pages, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS files.
- Data Integration - Utilize tools like the Data Import Wizard, Data Export Service, and Azure Integration Services to design and implement data integration solutions.
- Report Development - To give stakeholders actionable insights, create unique reports and dashboards using Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Power Automate - knowledge of using MS Dynamics 365 and sophisticated Power automation flows.
- Testing and Debugging - To guarantee your customizations and integrations meet performance and quality criteria, thoroughly test and debug them.
- Documentation - For future reference and compliance, keep detailed and accurate documentation of all adjustments, configurations, and procedures.
- User Training - Assist stakeholders and end users with training and assistance to achieve effective adoption and use of Dynamics 365 products.
- Security Configuration - To manage access to Dynamics 365 data and functionality, implement security models and roles.
- Upgrades and Maintenance - Maintain a current understanding of the most recent Dynamics 365 changes and carry out the necessary upgrades and upkeep.
- Collaboration - Work together to gather requirements and deliver solutions with cross-functional teams that include business analysts, project managers, and system administrators.
- An advantage would be having knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas), Power BI, MS Fabric (Datawarehouse / Lake), Azure Functions, and Azure Synapse.
To fit this post, we look after:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB 300/500 and PL-100) are a plus.
