Full-Time Position

Your responsibilities:

  • Work together with stakeholders from different departments to identify needs and comprehend corporate goals.
  • Employ several methodologies, including workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews, to extract and elucidate extant business processes and procedures.
  • Create thorough process maps that show both the current and planned workflows
  • Analyse current business processes thoroughly to find gaps, inefficiencies, and areas that could be improved.
  • To improve operational effectiveness and efficiency, convert the identified obstacles into opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization.
  • Measure process performance and spot trends or problem areas by analysing data and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with IT project teams to convert functional needs for system deployments or enhancements into business requirements.
  • Throughout the implementation and post-implementation stages of the project, give stakeholders continuous support and direction.
  • Keep an eye on and assess procedures all the time to find more areas where they can be optimized and improved.
  • Assist stakeholders in setting the order of importance for business requirements to guarantee alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create and carry out test scripts and scenarios to guarantee the calibre of company solutions.

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of over 3 years as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on business process mapping and improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in Business Analysis from a recognized professional body (e.g., IIBA or PMI) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, reflecting current trends in project management and software development.

  • Proficiency in using business process mapping tools.
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or BPMN is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
