Aerospace Engineer
Full-Time Position
Your responsibilities:
- Design and create autonomous drone systems, including payload management, navigation, and flight control algorithms.
- To verify the drones' design and operation, use simulations and flight testing.
- To closely coordinate with the software engineering team to incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities into our drone systems.
- Review and update drone designs frequently to fit changing industry requirements and to make sure they are in conformity with applicable regulatory authorities.
- Give drones in use technical help and troubleshooting, fixing issues quickly to reduce downtime.
- Participate throughout the whole product lifetime, from the creation of the initial concept and prototype to production and post-production assistance.
To fit this post, we look after:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in drone technology, including design, development, and testing of drones.
- Proven experience with drone flight control systems, navigation systems, and sensor integration.
- Proficiency in software programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety protocols for drones.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think creatively and innovate within the realm of drone technology.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful collaboration on cross-functional teams.
