Your responsibilities:

  • Handle tickets in SC3.
  • Assist to find and proactively design a solution to solve tickets.
  • Analyze problems, changes, service requests, incident tickets for SAP SD and MDM applications.
  • Implement technical solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Respect SLAs.

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Basic ABAP knowledge like Reports, FM, User-exit etc.
  • Functional point of view at least knowledge about Material master data tables.
  • Basic MM and SD process flow knowledge.
  • Interface development knowledge - nice to have skill.
  • IDOC related knowledge.
  • LSMW knowledge.
