Your responsibilities:

  • Specify and develop thorough, organized test strategies and test cases considering the necessary test types.
  • Conduct technical investigations into situations, file bug reports, and aid the development team in the bug-fixing procedure.
  • Examine technical design documentation and system specifications to determine what needs to be tested.
  • Participate in team technical discussions and offer advice on technological choices.
  • Determining customer needs through a meeting with project management.
  • Write materials, evaluate, and expand on the documentation that already exists, and offer technical training.

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Previous work experience (3 – 5 years) in manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience on complex projects in Financial, Banking, Utilities, Insurance etc., and have a good grasp of understanding business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of software development life cycles and test processes.

Nice to have:

  • ISTQB – Foundation Level.
  • Working in an agile driven project.
