Your responsibilities:

  • Meeting with project managers to determine client needs.
  • Contribute to technical discussion within the team and provide input for technical decisions
  • Write documents, analyze, and extend the existing documentation and provide technical training
  • Define and create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases considering the required test types
  • Analyze system specifications and technical design documents to understand what needs to be tested
  • Investigate incidents from a technical perspective, report bugs and assist the development team in the bug fixing process

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Previous work experience (3 – 5 years) in manual testing
  • Hands-on experience in complex projects in Financial, Banking, Utilities, Insurance etc., and have a good grasp of understanding business processes
  • Experience with test management systems/ bug tracking tools
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycles and test processes
  • Experience with Gherkin
  • Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
  • ISTQB – Foundation Level would be considered a plus
  • Previous experience of work in an agile driven project would be considered a plus
