Your responsibilities:

Design and Develop Power BI Solutions based on organizational needs, design, develop, and execute Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Build scalable and effective data models that can enable Power BI reports and visualizations.
To assure data quality and consistency, integrate data from diverse sources into Power BI and apply data transformations.
Work with data engineers and analysts to streamline the processes for importing and transforming data.
Analyse complex data sets and offer stakeholders insights and recommendations.
Analyse business requirements to produce insights and visuals that can be use.
Collect requirements and comprehend stakeholders' reporting needs by working closely with business users.
Work with cross-functional teams to make sure that they are in line with the aims and objectives of the organization.
Enhance the performance, responsiveness, and scalability of Power BI reports and dashboards.
Address problems with data integrity, performance, and visualization.
Publish Power BI solutions, data models, and development and maintenance best practices.
Teach end users and stakeholders how to use Power BI effectively and offer them training and support.
Implement suitable security measures to guarantee data protection and adherence to pertinent laws and rules.

To fit this post, we look after:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions.
Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated measures and columns.
Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
Familiarity with various data sources and connectors (SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with other business intelligence tools and technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services related to Power BI (Azure Data Factory/ Synapse, Azure SQL Database, MS Fabric etc.).
Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies.
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
