Your responsibilities:

Transformation of the functional concept into IT concepts and solutions in an agile software development environment (experience from large software development projects in slicing work packages).
Effort estimations, and the ability to coordinate a development team.
Coordination with the planning team, sprint (planning, refinement, backlog, retrospective, estimation).
Aligning tasks with the business domain, testing, project-specific and crosscutting releases, creating documentation and descriptions, conducting code reviews of developers.

To fit this post, we look after:

Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable education.
Several years of practical experience, especially in software design, software development, estimation methods.
Programming skills in the required tools and technologies.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and software architectures, Agile methodologies
Strong communication skills, excellent service orientation, and analytical competence.
Excellent presentation skills.
Customer and sales orientation.
Fluency in German is required for project communication (native-level proficiency).
