Full-Time Position

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient technical help, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing software-related issues.
  • Using the ServiceNow ITSM solution, log, track, and manage support requests to make sure incidents are resolved within predetermined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • To guarantee the dependability, security, and functionality of supported apps, carry out regular maintenance operations, updates, and patches.
  • To safeguard confidential information and stop illegal access, implement, and maintain application security measures while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Assure smooth integration and functionality for cloud-based apps and services, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
  • Take part in the planning process for disaster recovery, which includes creating backup plans, recovery protocols, and business continuity strategies.
  • Help with the regular catastrophe recovery tests to assess the efficiency of recovery methods and pinpoint areas in need of development.
  • Maintain connections with outside suppliers or service providers.
  • By accurately recording and keeping track of hardware and software configurations, you can support the configuration management process and guarantee uniformity and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Work together with stakeholders to apply configuration updates and modifications as necessary.
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reports that offer insights into user behaviour, performance metrics, and application usage, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • To help end users and other support analysts, create, and maintain thorough documentation, including as user manuals, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work together to escalate complicated issues and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams made up of developers, business analysts, testers, and project managers.
  • Offer user education and training programs to assist end users in comprehending and making better use of supported apps.

  • Proven experience in technical support or helpdesk roles, with a focus on application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and incident management processes.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 10/11), database management systems (Microsoft SQL Server) and common business applications (Microsoft 365).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience supporting cloud-based applications and services inc. IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Experience with application security principles and practices, including data encryption, access controls, and vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI reporting tools, with the ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize application data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
  • Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure- Associate, CompTIA A+
