- Create, put into place, and maintain the infrastructure required for software products to be delivered continuously.
- Work together with the development, QA, and operations teams to guarantee timely and reliable delivery of software applications.
- Implement and maintain automation tools and procedures, such as deployment, continuous integration, and configuration management.
- Analyse and fix production-related problems, such as capacity planning and performance optimization.
- Support and upkeep of the production environment's security and dependability.
- Take part in the creation and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Constantly assess and adopt new tools and technology to enhance the entire delivery process.
To fit this post, we look after:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS's cloud-based services and architecture.
- Proficient knowledge of Kubernetes, particularly GitOps. FluxCD would be advantageous.
- Being able to manage existing modules and setups and having solid Terraform knowledge.
- Good GitOps skills. FluxCD might be beneficial.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools, such as AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Strong networking abilities: DNS, VPNs, and routing.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting knowledge.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective teamwork and communication abilities.
