Your responsibilities:

Be part of a Scrum team and work together with software developers and a product owner to further develop the product
Be the link between business and software development, to translate requirements between both sides
Quickly familiarize with technical and functional issues
Work closely with the stakeholders to understand processes, practices, and internal systems
Capture, structure and describe needs-based requirements
Support the management of the product roadmap and backlog
Analyze and refine user stories that reflect the requirements of our customers and the strategy of the client
Identify opportunities to automate processes and functions
Collaborate with the development team on the technical specification of features
Evaluate various solution approaches according to their suitability to meet the identified requirements
Test the user stories developed by your team and help to solve any problems that arise
Accompany implementations from requirements to full delivery and bear end-to-end responsibility

To fit this post, we look after:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Previous work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Business Analyst
Excellent, proven communication skills, both oral and in writing, in English
Previous experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer, and a solid understanding of data modeling, process modeling and other methods of requirements specification (e.g. Gherkin)
Experience in leading and implementing projects in an agile environment
Passion about working with people and optimizing the working environment of teams
Proven experience in the development, coaching, support, and feedback of team members, even in difficult conversations
German communication skills would be considered a plus
