Your responsibilities:

  • Establish Project Scope and Accept Responsibility: Clearly defining the project's scope is the first step in project management. Recognize the objectives and assume full responsibility for informing the project team about them.
  • Collaborative Planning: Utilize an Agile framework when working with your team or project group. Make thorough project plans that adhere to the necessary requirements by using the right planning tools.
  • Collaborative Planning: When working with your team or project group, apply an Agile methodology. With the appropriate planning tools, create comprehensive project plans that follow the criteria.
  • Encourage Team Self-Organization: Adopt Agile principles by encouraging team members to group together according to the tasks at hand. Promote cooperation, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Project Delivery: The proper completion of the project is ultimately your responsibility. Maintain project focus, adhere to deadlines, and provide the intended results.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on a regular basis and conduct evaluations with them. Inform them of any changes made to the project, as well as its status and any obstacles encountered.
  • Agile Education and Adherence: Make sure that Agile practices are appropriately used. Inform clients and team members who might not be familiar with Agile methods
  • Track Development and Report: Track development in relation to the project plan on a regular basis. Generate reports in accordance with predetermined guidelines. Make choices as needed to keep the process moving forward and pinpoint areas that require improvement.

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Experience: You need at least 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

  • Adaptability: Be comfortable with changing priorities and exhibit a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

  • Risk Analysis: Capably identify and analyse potential risks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Employ adaptive leadership for effective conflict resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously strive to improve processes.
  • Agile Familiarity: Be well-versed in Agile mindset, principles, values, and methodologies.
  • Presentation Skills: Have excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in professional English.
