Account Manager

Full-Time Position

Your responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Plan budgets and activities for the designated accounts
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Consolidate reports of subordinated teams and communicate overall quarterly/ annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders
  • Set up goals and objectives for all subordinate team-members
  • Provide feedback and counsel to assist team-members to meet quotas/ objectives
  • Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics

To fit this post, we look after:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Previous work experience (3 - 5 years) as an account director or similar position
  • B2B negotiation experience and beneficial outcomes realization for all involved parties by meeting client requirements
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on project progress
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
